I have to say ever since I was a little girl I’ve always been drawn to weddings. From watching TLC’s a wedding story in the 90’s to today’s Saying Yes to the Dress in the year 2013, I guess you can say I was bitten by the wedding bug from the start. As you can imagine I was beyond excited when on the day before Thanksgiving my longtime boyfriend Joseph of 2 and a half years proposed to me and I have to admit I was beyond shocked and wanted to faint I was so nervous haha. Being in that moment with the man of my dreams was the best moment of my life and till this day I can’t believe we’re actually getting married:) I wanted to announce it on the blog that same day but with it being the day before Thanksgiving and all I decided to wait until after the chaos of finals were over. I can’t wait to start planning my wedding this summer and you can imagine I will be documenting every step of the way on the blog, from announcing our wedding theme to our top venue selections in Florida and more.
