Just wait till you folks see today’s mint and purple Texas wedding captured by Addison Studios.
It incorporates a refreshing vibrant color palette of mint and purple hues that is to be adored. When planning this wedding the bride and groom Kira and Ryan had three essential factors they knew they wanted in their wedding which was an outdoor ceremony, great food, and to make sure their guests had a good time and from the looks of these photos I think they did a successful job in creating a warm and entertaining space for their guests.
One of my favorite things about featuring weddings on the blog is getting to see how each and every couple individually brought their wedding vision to life and created a memorable day for themselves and their guests. Kira and Ryan planned a Texas wedding that was filled to the brim with incredible details, the bride actually spent an entire year personally designing her wedding dress which looked amazing. Their cakes which looked scrumptious were designed by Crema Bakery & Cafe and their beautiful reception venue was held at Mercury Hall. Get ready to dive and fall head over heels for today’s wedding!
Be sure to read more insights from the bride below and thanks again to Addison Studios for sharing Kira and Ryan’s fabulous wedding!
Words from the bride:
Ryan and I are both pretty laid back, so when it came to planning our wedding, the big factors were that were that we wanted our ceremony to be outside, have great food, and to make sure our guests overall enjoyed themselves. Once we booked our venue and caterer, the other stuff just sort of fell into place. Our relaxed, colorful spring wedding was exactly as we had hoped.
My dress also meant a lot to me. I spent almost an entire year of our engagement designing and working on it. The pink lace that I incorporated in my dress was also important to me because it came from a table cloth that once belonged to my Grandpa. I wouldn’t have changed one thing about how it all turned out.

I love that they carried the colors from the stained glass windows in their reception hall throughout the wedding! What a gorgeous way to unify a colorful palette!
Those cakes are perfect!
