Can y’all believe Valentines Day is only 12 DAYS AWAY!
I know it’s quite shocking to believe considering January just flew by… sometimes as the saying goes time flies just too fast. In honor of Valentine’s Day being a little under 2 weeks away I decided to have a series of love inspired posts to inspire and give you guys ideas on a couple things to do leading up to the big day. I also have HUGE ANNOUCEMENT that I am so excited to share with you guys Rustic Folk Weddings is going to be undergoing a big makeover all done by the amazing talent and person Melissa of Jelly Design Studio. Expect to see several posts on the changes and her work as well in our new lifestyle section…. I don’t want to be dishing out too many of the details just yet but you’ll be seeing tons of new refreshing content.
As much as I can’t stop gushing over the new design I also can’t stop raving over today’s beautiful Valentine’s Day Session at Manhattan Beach. Once this feature landed in my inbox I knew it had to be post on the first Monday of February. The photographers behind the gorgeous photos your about to see are A & L Photographers. I mean there’s huge red heart balloons and a beautiful tiffany necklace taking over this feature… I mean come on guys who doesn’t love cute things! For Lila and Daniel this Valentine’s Day was incredibly memorable and one they’ll never forget. You can clearly see the love these two have for each other I mean it’s oozing out of these photos taken around California. So eat ready to be fall in love with these two and be in awe of the California breeze, sand, and sun!

The photo-shoot was at the quiet Manhattan Pier, the place they met for the first time. Daniel and Lila had fun strolling through the beach with large heart balloons and reading the cards they had written to each other. Later in the day they stopped at a local café for cupcakes and Daniel gave Lila a beautiful heart shaped pendant. Lila wore a dress from INC and shoes New Look.
