– Meeting consultation two months prior to wedding
- -Full communication through email and phone during scheduled hours
– Planning Guide with event details, timelines, agenda, for all wedding party and vendors
- -Site inspections with vendors to verify details and timelines
– Planner and/or additional assistants in attendance overseeing wedding rehearsal/ ceremony (1-2 hours)
- -Day of wedding coordination (6 or 7 hours) coordinating correct set up/breakdown of events
