- Free initial consultation to get to know more about you and to see if we’d be a great fit
- Meeting consultation a couple of months after the engagement
- Full communication through email and phone during scheduled hours
- Custom Pinterest Board Consultation up to 40 Pins
- Create a list of ideas from the details you already have of what you want your wedding to be like and we brainstorm and plan your wedding from their ( You conduct site inspections and/or site visits before wedding, cake tastings, vendor negotiation)
- (For an extra charge) we would be happy to assist in the additional consultation for site inspections, cake tastings, vendor negotiation up to 8 hours
- Planning Guide with event details, timelines, agenda, for all wedding party and vendors
- Site inspections with vendors to verify details and timelines
- Planner and/or additional assistants in attendance overseeing wedding rehearsal/ ceremony (2-3 hours)
- Day of wedding coordination (7 or 8 hours) coordinating correct set up/breakdown of events
