The Notebook Inspired Styled Engagement Session

I’m pretty sure everyone ….well almost everyone has heard of the movie The Notebook by now. You know that incredible and timeless romantic film that features the talented Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams. Well that incredible movie was the inspiration behind this adorable styled engagement session photographed by Edward Lai Photography. Edward Lai Photography as stated from his website specializes in artistic and creative documentary styled photography and just by looking at these images pone can sense his style emulates is just that.

The setting behind today’s engagement session takes place in the 1940’s and features two young individuals who are deeply in love with each other. As you can see from this engagement session the models portrayed the role of two individuals who are bursting with passion and admiration for each other. The female models makeup was kept natural and classic so as not to distract from the overall mood of the photos. The photographs were taken at the lovely Deer Lake Park in British Columbia.
